Agreement to Terms

By using the services of SpeedyWorks Celina Tree Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and related services throughout Celina, TX and surrounding areas. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We offer professional tree care services including tree removal, emergency tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, hazardous tree removal, land clearing, cabling and bracing, and storm cleanup. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Each service is customized to your specific needs. We will provide you with a detailed estimate before starting any work. Your approval is required before we begin.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.

If payment is not received within 30 days of invoice date, interest may be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will do our best to arrive during the scheduled time window. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or emergency calls may affect our schedule. We will notify you as soon as possible if delays occur.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and other items that may interfere with our equipment or safety.

You agree to keep children and pets away from the work area for safety reasons. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or landscaping features that are not clearly marked.

Insurance and Liability

SpeedyWorks Celina Tree Service carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not liable for damage caused by hidden defects in trees, unforeseen weather conditions, or pre-existing property damage.

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from your failure to disclose property conditions, underground utilities, or other hazards.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee that our work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

We do not guarantee that trees will survive trimming or pruning, as tree health depends on many factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee that tree removal will not cause some disturbance to your lawn or landscaping.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any required permits from your city or homeowners association. We can advise you if permits may be needed, but the final responsibility is yours.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve it directly. If we cannot reach an agreement, any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
